Pizza Style Grilled Chicken
It’s time for another healthy, macro-friendly recipe! But let’s first make something clear…
We all love pizza, don’t we?
So this Pizza Style Grilled Chicken is actually one of my favorite go-to options for dinner. It’s a hearty and tasty meal that is super easy to do.
My husband always loves it and I’m sure you will get nice compliments too once you offer it to your loved ones.

Pizza Style Grilled Chicken
Gluten-free
Ingredients
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 2 tbs Olive Oil (extra virgin)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 4 slices Part-Skim Mozzarella
- 1/4 cup Basil Pesto
- 1/2 cup Grape Tomatoes
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice (fresh)
- 1/4 cup Basil (fresh, thinly sliced)
- Kosher Salt
- Black Pepper
Instructions

Mix chicken, extra virgin olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and salt and pepper in a large bowl. Combine very well.

In a skillet pan over medium to high heat, grill chicken on each side until golden. Add mozzarella cheese to each chicken breast until melted.

In a medium bowl, combine grape tomatoes, lemon juice and basil.

Add basil pesto, tossed tomatoes to each chicken and serve immediately.
