But no matter where you're starting from, here are a few tips to help you find a workout that works for you:

Find a workout that challenges your body

It may be fun to go to the gym and lift weights, but you may find that the more challenging workouts are the ones that give you the most results.

Don't compare yourself to other people

Everyone has different goals, so don't worry about what others are doing or how their bodies look.  Instead, focus on your own body and how it's changing over time.

Be patient

When you're new to working out, you may feel sore or exhausted. But this is normal - it's your body telling you to slow down and rest.

Listen to your body

If you feel like you're struggling, take a break. You're only human after all, and you deserve to recover.

Never push yourself too hard

Your body needs rest just as much as it does training. So if you're feeling tired or sore, take a break and come back later.
