We wake up and immediately shine a bright unnatural light into our eyes which doesn't make us any good and fills our brain with distractions
Wash your face with a splash of cold water
Not my favorite thing to do I’ll admit!! But it does feel good and you will feel refreshed immediately
Wake up your body with 3 cups of water
After sleeping for 8 hours our bodies need to be rehydrated. Try keeping a large glass by your bedside table or sink. Bonus points if your morning water has lemon
Diffuse some essential oils
The air will be filled with smells that will help you wake up and feel energized. Oils with orange and lemon are perfect for this
Do a morning workout
Many people find that if they don’t get their workout in the morning, they are less likely to do it throughout the rest of the day, so it might be worth a try even if you're not a morning person
