6. Concentrate on your breath, going deeper and deeper. 7. Think about nothing and just be. 8. After some time, open your eyes and write down your thoughts. 9. Repeat this process every day.
I like the 4-7-8 breathing technique, also called relaxing breath. Breathe in for 4 seconds Hold your breath for 7 seconds Exhale for 8 seconds
