Cook as directed, let it cool, and store in a container in the fridge! ... It's a great idea to have some prepared staple foods (like quinoa or rice) on hand that you can add to many dishes

Prepare protein for the next few days
Because you are probably making the grain stovetop, it’s the perfect time to throw some chicken into the oven.Chicken breasts, chicken thighs, shrimp, or ground turkey/chicken/beef store the best!
