Lifting weights means fat-free body mass

The lean muscle mass that we all work so hard for decreases with age.  If we don't add strength training to our routine, then it will turn into fat

Strength training means better overall strength

The nice thing about strength training is that it strengthens everything... not just your muscles and bones. It also strengthens your connective tissues and ligaments for an improved motor performance
