Take a break

Don’t let your busy schedule consume you. If you feel overwhelmed by the amount of work you have to do, take a break.

Get away from technology

Turn off your phone, computer, and TV for an hour or two at a time. It’s important to disconnect from technology because it can cause stress and anxiety.

Take a nap

A good nap is an excellent way to relax and de-stress. If you’re not used to napping, try to go to bed earlier than usual.

Take a bath

There’s no reason you can’t relax in a tub.  A bath is a great way to unwind and calm down.
