Proper form is way more important than how much weight you are lifting
No one cares what weights you're using
It’s much more important to be using proper form than using heavier weights

If you can't lift the weight with proper form, reduce the weight
No one is looking at or judging you
Don't be afraid in the gym
One of the main concerns that most people have when starting to go to the gym is that they're afraid of being judged
Take your time, challenge yourself, educate yourself. It gets easier!
You'll notice things getting easier before noticing your muscles growing
Be patient and results will come
In the first weeks of training, you'll notice you're moving weights easier without noticing huge differences in your body composition
Your muscles “learn” to move heavier things faster than they can grow in size
